Adoption questions
How long does adoption take?
Most adoptions take two to five days from application to going home. Some animals can go home the same day.
Can I adopt if I rent my home?
Yes. We will ask for your landlord's contact information to confirm that pets are allowed.
Can I meet the animal before I apply?
Of course. Visit us during open hours, or ask us to set up a meeting with an animal in a foster home.
Should my dog meet my new dog first?
Yes. We set up a meet and greet so both dogs can get to know each other safely.
What if it doesn't work out?
We will always take back an animal we placed. Call us first, and we will help you find a solution together.
